Just when it looked like Bayern Munich had finalized their kit lineup for the 2025/26 season – with a fresh home, away, third and An annual Oktoberfest-inspired design has already been released – Looks like another shirt is on the way.
This time it’s something different: a retro-inspired shirt.
Footer headers The yet-to-be-released shirt is reported to take cues from the club’s identity and its home ground. A bold red-blue diamond pattern nods to both the Bayern crest and the glowing panels of the illuminated exterior of the Allianz Arena. Adding to the throwback feel, the design is finished with the iconic Adidas Trefoil logo.

A subtle “FCB” badge sits below the collar, giving the piece a personalized edge. Interestingly, two variations appear to exist – one with a blue collar, and the other with a clean white finish – although it’s unclear which will hit the shelves.
The Bayern Munich 2026 Retro Shirt is expected to launch in late 2025 or early 2026.
And while fans can’t quite get their hands on it yet, a few things are certain at the Allianz right now: plenty of Harry Kane goals, a squad already planning for silverware, and more kits and merch than Bayern fans know what to do with.
