Italian sportswear giant Kappa has teamed up with streetwear brand Cruel Pancake to unveil a limited one-off capsule collection called Maestro of the game – A nostalgic nod to the romance of Italian football in the 90s and 2000s, combined with modern streetwear sensibilities.
The capsule consists of four unisex pieces, each of which carries strong retro football DNA.
Leading the line is an oversized cream zip-up jacket with pink accents, a design that feels like it was lifted straight from the Serie A training pitches of yesteryear. It is joined by a long-sleeved tank top with bold pink stripes, a co-branded logo and “Maestro of the Game” on the back.
A short-sleeved shirt follows, keeping it clean with white fabric and subtle pink pinstripes, while a matching pair of white and pink socks rounds out the set.
