Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa said on Wednesday that he wanted to “redefine” Moscow’s relations, as Russian President Vladimir Putin hosted him at his first meeting since Kremlin Ally Bashar Al-Assad was dismissed last year. In front of the television cameras, Putin greeted Sharaa with heat in the Kremlin, but at the door closed the Syrian leader expected Moscow to be extradailed to Assad, who fled there after being knocked down.
